I offer supportive, one-on-one mentoring for individuals navigating a DNA surprise—unexpected results from ancestry or genetic testing that can shift your sense of identity, family, and belonging. Using a trauma-informed approach I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to process complex emotions, explore next steps, and move forward at your own pace. Whether you’re deciding if or how to contact new relatives, managing family dynamics, or simply trying to make sense of it all, I’m here to help you feel steady, supported, and in control of your journey.
