Please join me for a free Yoga Nidra experience created for individuals navigating a DNA surprise during the tender space between Mother's Day and Father's Day. This time of year can stir complex emotions around identity, family, and belonging.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided practice that invites you to rest, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and compassionate way. Grounded in trauma-informed principles this experience emphasizes choice, emotional safety, and self-compassion.

Whether you are feeling grief, curiosity, overwhelm, or simply the need for quiet reflection, this session provides a space to be exactly where you are—no pressure, no expectations. Just rest, support, and an opportunity to gently integrate your experience.

Please email me if you don't already have the coupon code or have questions about the event. Please include your first and last name, and specify whether you are an NPE, donor-conceived, or a late discovery adoptee.

You are welcome to share this event with people in the DNA surprise community. However, to keep this a space provided for people who "get it". Please refrain from sharing with family and friends who have not experienced a DNA surprise.

Thank you!

Elizabeth, NPE

Yoga Nidra (knee-druh), also known as yoga sleep, is a practice that helps connect the mind and body by being led through guided deep relaxation. Nidra calms the nervous system by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls the body's ability to relax. Connecting with the breath, body awareness, visualization, and resting, brings your brain waves to a state of sleep yet you still maintain a sense of awareness. Some people do fall asleep during Nidra and that's ok! Your body will absorb what it needs.
